How to recover from frustration.

When I am frustrated I simply do some thinks to recover me.

  • Go to the bathroom take a long bath.
  • Start to draw something, even I don’t know what I am drawing.
    Takes few deep breath.
  •  Listen to song and poems or what about to watch a good movie alone or with your friends.
  • Write down my cause of frustration and burn it in my mind.
  •  Smile for one or two minutes without any reason.
  • Even if this all things can not help me to recover I just started to cry at night silently. I am recovered.
