When I am frustrated I simply do some thinks to recover me.
- Go to the bathroom take a long bath.
- Start to draw something, even I don’t know what I am drawing.
Takes few deep breath.
- Listen to song and poems or what about to watch a good movie alone or with your friends.
- Write down my cause of frustration and burn it in my mind.
- Smile for one or two minutes without any reason.
- Even if this all things can not help me to recover I just started to cry at night silently. I am recovered.
